How to track Common Project Inventory to a Project in Fusion similar to EBS PJM?

Summary:

We are using Project Manufacturing in EBS and are tracking inventory in "Common Project" pool to a designated project code (see screenshot). Activities from "Common Project" got transferred to Project module. How can we do the same in Fusion? Our inventory organizations are enabled with tracking by project.

We have got the confirmation via SR that Project Manufacturing doesn't exist in Fusion Cloud. We would have a gap in project cost tracking related to Common Project in Fusion. How can we address that due to a missing functionality?
