Need help restoring administrator access and changing management account in Oracle Cloud
I have encountered a very challenging issue and I am hoping to receive your assistance.
Recently, I attempted to change the administrator account, but due to my mistake, I was unable to successfully add a new management account and ended up removing the existing management account from the management group. As a result, I am unable to perform any operations and cannot upgrade my account. To make matters worse, I have also lost access to the email associated with my Oracle Cloud account, making it impossible to retrieve my account through that method.
Therefore, I would like to request your customer support team's help in either restoring my account management privileges or changing the administrator account. It is crucial for me to regain management access in order to continue using Oracle Cloud's services, and I also hope to resolve my email retrieval issue.
