After updating an attribute in ALL the profiles-Start date of reconciliations changed

Hi,

Recently we updated the "Risk Rating" attribute for all the existing ARCS profiles and the update was happened on 2nd of May . Then we created monthly reconciliation for the month of Apr-23. Then we noticed that the start date of all the reconciliation has been changed to May-1, and it is supposed to be on Apr-1. Because of this all the reconciliation start dates/due dates are now set within May instead of APR.

Could you please help me understand why this was happened? Was it due to bulk update of profiles? Please note that we updated the "risk rating" attribute only and didn't touch any of the other profile attributes.
