OCI Cloud Free Tier Account/Tenancy Deletion (request raised stuck at 33%)
Raised an Tenancy Deletion in March '23.
All resources associated with the tenancy are deleted, as per instructions for OCI Free Tier account deletion process.
The request is raised but seems to be stuck at 33%, with no completion in sight.
As the Oracle Free Tier accounts lack any kind of live support (lacking any kind of live support for free tier accounts seems kind of stupid - a support service with a high waiting time-frame for non-paid users via e-mail would have worked better than just posting on the community forums), is there a way to get support on making any progress on this work request, for a free account user? Any help is welcomed, as the intention is to delete this free account and register another account with the same e-mail address and payment details.
