Change request number link not opening from supplier portal

Summary:

We are using change requests in product development and given the requestor as supplier contact('testuser@esstechinc.com)

Now through the Boomi process, we are sending a notification to the supplier email with the change request number as a link. But the link is not navigating to the supplier portal change request.

The link will open only when we have Monitor product development privilege.

How to get access to this link through supplier portal? If we give Monitor product development privilege then supplier can view the Manage items and other menus as well.

Can you plz help on this?
