Query for Transaction Console transactions

I am looking to write a query that contains the below information from the Transaction Console, related to Expense and Invoice transactions.

I found the tables HRC_TXN_HEADER and HRC_TXN_DATA , joined by TRANSACTION_ID , however these tables do not appear to contain the Approval History information, as shown in the example below.

The only data I see in the HRC_TXN_HEADER and HRC_TXN_DATA tables seem to pertain to the information in the Header area on this page, and not the Approval History. Where can I find this additional detail? Thanks in advance.
