How can we edit the course assignment to link the offering?

Summary: Inability to assign an offering to the course record on edit assignment

Content (required): It appears before I was able to assign an offering to a course record for the purpose of using the "Manage Activities" to mark completions on items via the offering. I suspect with the 23A learning features this is no longer available?
