Equate a node from Root Data Group and a child Data Group on EText for HCM Extract

Hello Experts,

Have you tried anything like this in etext template & HCM Extract combination?

I have a node in my Root Data Group "Emp_DG' that I want to equate with a child on the next lower level 'Emp_Ben_DG'.

Both options below have not worked.

--Tried giving the entire hop-out path:

Emp_Ben_Traversal/Emp_Ben_DG/Emp_Ben_Rec[Plan_Club= @{../../Dummy_Emp_Rec/LE_Club}]/Option

-- Tried storing the value from the root in a variable 'ab':

Emp_Ben_Traversal/Emp_Ben_DG/Emp_Ben_Rec[Plan_Club = GetVar('ab')]/Option
