Experts, we are getting errors against Product completion transactions in "Review completed transactions" screen.

The same error is not stored in INV_MATERIAL_TXNS or in CST_UNCOSTED_TXN_ERRORS_V. INV_MATERIAL_TXNS has columns like ERROR CODE, ERROR_EXPLANATION - however these are blank for this specific transaction. Only the COSTED_FLAG is set to "E".Checked in "R13 21D SCM and PRC Database Lineage", but there's no clue. We are trying to report these errors before month-end and make the concerned business users aware.
