User unable to apply Privilege leave

Summary: Our privilege leave plan is backloaded, (it gets credited on month end) and the user is not allowed to avail negative balance.

We have a scenario where a user was absent on 28th April 2023, his PL balance was 0 as on 28th April. He got 2 PL on 30th April, today (4th May 2023) he wants to apply for leave on 28th April 2023. However, the system is not allowing him to do so.

Content (required): Is there any option to enable back dated leaves so that the employee can avail leaves if he has current balance?
