Retainage Maximum Amount and Retainage Percentage at requisition level

Hi

We have requirement to ask requester to enter the retainage amount and retainage percentage at the purchase requisition level. I got to know that we can create complex work PO with backing requisition, but I can't find meta document in oracle support how to enable the retainage maximum amount and retainage percentage at the requisition level.

Can someone please advise if this is possible to have retainage maximum amount and retainage percentage fields displayed at the requisition level?
