Restrict Non worker type LOV using autocomplete

Summary:

We have a requirement to restrict the Non worker type LOV for 'Add Non Worker' transaction in the when and why section. We want to restrict the values only for Managers and for HR's it should show all values.

In the 'Add Non Worker' transaction when and why section we want to restrict the values for Non worker type field drop down values. Requirement is to only show one value for Managers but for HR's we need to show all the available values. Is there a possibility to achieve this using autocomplete.
