Calculate Seniority dates is not updating as per the Length of Service of Employee

Summary: Employees in Our Organization do not see their seniority dates updating as per their length of Service

Content (required): We have scheduled Calculate Seniority Dates ESS job (Run daily), But it is only updating the seniority dates during its first day of run and not updating the dates from the Second day onwards.

This is giving confusion to Employees as they are seeing right length of Service.

Is there a way to properly schedule the Job, so that Employees see their length of Service correctly from Seniority dates?
