Core HR: Approval in progress'. Info is locked. - Cannot find transaction in transaction console

Summary:

Hello,

Our client is facing an issue.

Actually for an employee, there has been a manager change that was done in the past.

When We checked the history on person management, last updated date for the action was in 2021.

Currently, on responsive screen it says 'Approval in progress'. Info is locked.

Since it is a very old transaction, we're unable to find it in transaction console to terminate the process.

Please advice on a way to unlock the responsive screen.
