Different look of Roles and Delegations Tile?

Hi.

We enabled the roles and delegations tile in our environments. However, it is quite different:

A. Test Environment

B. Production Environment


Why is there a difference? and is it possible to use to have the same interface? We prefer the look in TEST to be used in PROD.

Current version used 23A.
