Participation and Rate eligibility Fast Formula Based on Hire Date

Hi Team,

We wanted to restrict the automatic vacation plan enrollment process based on Participation and Rate eligibility Fast Formula.

  1. if an employee is hired on or after May 1st, 2023 then the vacation plan has to be automatically enrolled.
  2. In case the employee is hired before May 1st, 2023 then this vacation plan shouldn't be enrolled automatically.

Can someone provide me the FF code for this? or accommodate the above condition into the below Fast Formula?

Right now we have existing Participation and Rate eligibility Fast Formula as below. This formula is working fine however we wanted to accommodate the above condition into this FF now.
