How to Create a custom region

Summary:

In Family and Emergency Contact Page -> Basic Information Region is available with around 10 fields (Dff and seeded)

Need to create separate the details like Basic info(5 fields) and Relationship (5 fields) for that Relationship region need to enable is that possible
