Send Open PO Communication

Requirement to send Open PO email communications only after a specified time

Hi, we have a requirement where we are already having open POs in system loaded through conversions and integrations but they never got communicated to suppliers since the po_control_supplier_communication is disabled. We do not want to communicate these open POs that gets loaded in system until a specific day.

Now, after one specific day, we will again start loading open POs through integration which we want to communicate to suppliers after enabling the profile option po_control_supplier_communication.

How can we achieve this? We can setup the ess job "Communicate Purchasing Documents" at some frequency with Document selection as NEW, after we enable the communication profile option but we believe this job will communicate all the open POs created before the cut off day, since those were not communicated since its last approval.
