WYSIWYG Course Editor

HELP! How do I edit a WYSIWYG course created in the LMS?

There are a number of courses in my LMS that were created with the WYSIWYG from the Add Course feature in the LMS.  I know how to create a new course, but have no idea of how to get back in a edit this course.  The Oracle Help for the LMS has details on the editor, but it doe not tell how to get there.

Also this course I need to edit has it automatically go to an Assessment.  I have no idea how they did this and would love to know how.
