Automatic Position Code is incorrectly generated for Business Units
Summary:
We have 2 Business Units BU1 & BU2. We have enabled Position Synchronization at Enterprise level and not Legal Entity level. While loading the Positions with Code from the HDL, we are able to do so. However, while creating Positions from UI, it is trying to follow the series from the beginning and not following the series from the maximum Position present:
- If we create the Positions for the same BU1, it is throwing error that the generated Position Code already exists, whereas the expectation is for the series to continued from (max Position+1).
- The automatically generated Position Code is duplicating for BU2 while a Position with the same Code already exists for BU1
