How to export loaded documents (pdf, docx...)?

Content (required):

I know that FND_DOCUMENTS_VL view stores the IDs of loaded documents (related to onboarding, talent profile, etc...) but when integrating with other systems ID codes alone are not very useful.

Is there any way to use this view (or others) to transfer whole files from Oracle to the outside?
