How to delete terminated work relationships records

Summary:

Hello experts,

there is an employee in the system with an active work relationship and three terminated ones.

We should delete the first two terminated work relationships as the employee hire date is wrong.

However, we cannot delete the first two terminated work relationships as an active one exists.

How can we delete them? Is it possible by HDL? If so, could you share a sample file to delete work relationship?
