System generated LWD/Termination Date shouldnt fall on a holiday

Description (Required): Last working day should not be on weekly off. Ex: LWD != Saturday, Sunday, Public holiday. It should be in sync with work schedule.

Use Case and Business Need (Required): when the employee submits resignation, LWD is coming as weekend or holiday if that is the date calculated using the notice period. We have to manually go and change it every time after the resignation transaction is complete. This adds to our woes and a lot of manual intervention is required.

I found in one of the community post, that this can be achieved using auto-complete rules. Can you please help setup the same?
