Disable PRIMARY Flag for Mails when setting up a user

Hi everybody,

I'm sharing a problem we currently face with HCM in the hope of finding someone with a similar situation :-) :

In our company identity-management is done via 3rd party IDM. The software is in charge of creating AD-users, set up user rights  and give the user access to Exchange and the telephone application.

Therefore creating the company-email adress is (or should be) a tasks for IDM not HCM. And that is where we face a problem:

Problem: When an upcoming employee is set up in HCM HR must input a "fake" company-mail in advance, because otherwise the employee's public mail adress will be displayed in the HCM directory. The system automatically flags the first entered adress as PRIMARY and this mail adress is shown in the directory.

Howdy, Stranger!
