what does Perform Collections Postprocess Actions do as part of Collection Job set?

Hi Team,

We are running Collection Jb Set in Targeted mode.

Can anyone help me understand what "Perform Collections Postprocess Actions" do as part of Collection Job Set.

When we are running Target Collection, we are observing that this Perform Collections Postprocess Actions is taking around 2 hrs to complete. Atatched screenhot for reference.

Point to note that Gather COllection Statistics are only triggered after around 2 hr and that gets completed soon.

But for 2 hr it is stuck.
