  2. I am trying to understand how managing project enterprise resources differs from the process of creating project users or administrators. I gather that project managers need to be defined as employees and provided with LE and Business Unit details before being created as project enterprise resources. Is it correct to assume that all other project users or administrators are created using the below navigation shown in the screenshot?
