RequestPositionChange notification is picking seeded report template instead of customized template

We have customized the template and data model for UpdatePositionReport by following the steps from Oracle. However, we can see the notification does not show any changes in its content, which concludes that it is not picking up our modified/customized template. Please suggest how can I get the custom report displayed in the notification.

Path for seeded template: Shared Folders/Human Capital Management/Workflow Notifications

Path for custom template: Shared Folders/Custom/Human Capital Management/Workflow Notifications

Additional info -

The names for reports are same in both the locations (i.e. UpdatePositionReport).

The data model is also copied under custom folder and then customized.
