Can we have field to India specific data in HR connect?
Summary: I want few India specific fields just want to know whether Oracle provide it to store it HCM Core HR or we have to custom create it and what are the steps for the same?
Fields are :
EPF: Employee provident fund no.
ESIC: Employee statutory Insurance no.
UAN: Universal Account No.
Domicile state : Alternate state
