Location defaulting on Planned Order and OSP PO

Summary:

When a Planned Order gets created for a buy item, is there a way to default location based on buyer or item? Planner can manually update the implement location after marking the planned order for release. Can it be automated?

Also, is there a way to update or default the ship-to location for OSP PO's?

Content (required):

We have 2 locations (Building 1 & 2) of the same inventory org and Purchase Orders will be shipped to either of the locations. Inventory Org is created with Building1 address. For receiving purposes, we mapped building2 location to the same inventory org. When the planned order is created for buy item and the planner releases the planned order, purchase requisition gets created with buidling1 address. Either Planner has to update the 'Implement Location' when marking the order for release or the buyer needs to update the ship-to location on the PO after the fact. Is there a way to
