Project EMD/Deposit expiration alert

Summary:

Our customer requires that we alert them before the expiration of EMD and deposit costs at the project level.

To accomplish this, we propose adding unprocessed costs with a DFF (Descriptive Flexfield) of Type: EMD/Deposit, EMD/Deposit Number: XXXXXX, and Expiration Date: XX-YY-ZZZ.

We can then bill the customer for these costs and create a custom OTBI or BIP report to check if the DFF Type is EMD/Deposit and the Expiration Date is within the next month. If it is, we can send an alert to the project manager that the EMD/Deposit Number is expiring.
