Grade Rates created with HSDL is not showing in application

Summary:

Grade Rates created with HSDL is not showing in the application. File shows 'Row inserted successfully", I checked with Status Viewer and it shows no error. Despite of file success, we are not able to see grade rates in the application, even I checked in the backend but not showing any data.

Has anyone faced the same problem?
