Approval transaction when edited should go to one specific approver

Hi,


We have a requirement where if any approver edits the approval notification by clicking on EDIT button and changes any attibute / field value, Submits the transactions, then it should go to HR for approval who is currently not there in approval hierarchy configured.


Is this possible to send edited transaction to any specific approver before it gets completed so that Approver can validate the details and Approver/Rejects the transaction.
