process start action not initiating the process instance

Summary:

Hi Experts

On click of button I'm trying to initiate the process but out of 10 clicks 3-4 clicks do not start the process instance rather gets 503 error. sometimes its working and sometimes it doesn't.

Anyone have idea on this? resolution or a root cause?
