How can I fix the Pending Fulfillment on a non-catalog item
Summary:
We have a role that can assign learning and they have to assign monthly learning. Once accidentally put in Pending fulfillment instead of Bypass complete for the non-catolog item. How can I as a Learning Specialist go in and fix all 77 ppl who not have this status?
We cannot keep relying on IT and the HDL tool that I don't have access to. Can someone help me with a work around or an option to give my IT so I can get access to complete any learning?
