Upload Learning External Certification as Learning Specialist

Hi Team,

Is there a way how Learning Specialist be able to upload/ Record external certification with certificate as attachment in OLC. We have options for Employee & Manager to record it with Certificate attachment but unable to get an option for Learning Specialist with attachment.
