Billing from One Project Task to Multiple Contracts

We have a requirement that one Project Task may requre to bill too multiple contracts to different customers.

All of the billing is amount based and is not related to costs at all, we will generate seperate Amount Based Billing events for each contract.

Is this Possible?  the training and other materials suggest that it is but when we try and setup we get an error message on creation of the second contract.

Scenerio

Project 1 > Task 1

 

Contract 1 > Line 1 > Customer 1 linked to Project 1 > Task 1

Contract 2 > Line 1 > Customer 2 linked to Project 1 > Task 1

 

Error is

You cannot asscociate this project and task to tis contract line (PJB-2190372)
