Need to add assets in the USD Corporate book with the NON-STAT category

We are trying to Add assets in the USD Corporate book with the NON-STAT category, after adding asset we are doing reclassification and the category has been changed to the STAT category, Once the category is reclassification using asset transfer we change the NON-STAT entity STAT entity. After all these steps we are running a Periodic mass copy to copy assets from USD Corporate book to STAT Book, however, we are getting an error saying that (This asset category isn't yet assigned to this tax book)
