Is there a restriction in the number of Dev environments for OGL?

Summary:

After enabling OGL in DEV1, the DEV2 instance is missing its OGL widget. Is there only one DEV environment capability for OGL?

Content (required):

OGL was enabled in the PROD and DEV2 instances by the Finance team - who went live first a few months ago.

Currently implementing HCM, we enabled OGL in the DEV1 instance. The OGL widget is now no more displayed in the DEV2 instance.

Can we use OGL on more than 1 DEV environment?
