Lock Data Location in Data Integration

Currently - I lock each data location in DM at the end of each month.

Switching to Data Integration - is there somewhere to lock the data location? I get an error when trying to load data to a locked period, but don't see anywhere to unlock it. I see the unlock icon, but it doesn't allow me to select it.
