How to disable accept/decline options within automated calendar invite

When signing up to an instructor led offering you have the option to add the session to your calendar which works well. The issue however is that the invite allows you to accept/decline within it, however this does not talk back to the system. We want to disable this so it's just an invite they can save to their calendar but not manage within their calendar. The risk is that we will have team members decline the invite thinking they are notifying us that they won't be attending but they will still be taking up a seat within the offering
