How to display person number in page sub header on Person Extra Information page

We want to display the person number in the page sub header of Person Extra Information (Additional Person Information) page along with the person name.
Content (required):
We want to display the person number in the page sub header of Person Extra Information (Additional Person Information) page along with the person name. Out of the box behavior is to display the person name in the sub header.
Through page composer, for the display sub header on the responsive flows, we have appended the delivered EL expression to have the expression for person number too and it is working as expected on other pages (like Personal Details, View Employment Info and such) but not on Person Extra information page.
