Is it possible to trigger Notifications while adding or replying to comments in learning community.

Summary:

Need to Trigger Notification to community learners when there is any comments or reply added into the learning community portal. is there any seeded functionality ? if not, i also tried using custom notifications but i couldn't find how to track the comments and replies from backend.
