We have developed OTBI Report issue with output format

Hi Team,

We have developed OTBI Report but issue with output format that is when try to export the report in csv or excel we getting multiple records please find below screenshots.

and we set the column properties suprression.

PLease find Issued SQL

and we need unique records of employee numbers.
