E-mail notification is not getting triggered for the Nudge Configuration
Email notification does not get triggered to the Line Manager.
I have created a Employee's birthday in the Nudge and mapped the channel to email. On saving the process, I ran the scheduled process "Process HCM Nudge" and it became successful. When I logged in as a Line manager, I don't see any notification. Could you please let me know on how to proceed on this.
The same functionality on mapping the channel with the Touchpoints, it works as per the functionality.
