Hide Payroll details tile from Questionnaire page Hire An Employee

Hello, We have a requirement to hide the Payroll Details from Hire An Employee Questionnaire page and make it required. We tried to update using DS, and we were able to make the Payroll Details required, however the Payroll Details tile is still visible in the Questionnaire page.

Is there another way to hide the Payroll Details tile from Hire An Employee Questionnaire page? Thank you!
