Need learning request approval rule to auto-approve if self-paced offering else go for approval
Summary:
We want learners to request assignment at the offering level only. If the offering is purely self-paced, then we want the request to auto-approve, otherwise the line manager must approve the request.
Content (required):
We would like to have two rules for the Learning Request process, something like this:
For ILT or Blended there needs to be manager approval and for Self Paced the request must be auto-approved.
In configuring the rule, the attributes I expected to find for the transaction at the Offering level don't show anything for the Offered Format.
Is there a way to reference the format in the approval rule? If so, please help with some direction.
