Unable to use Action of 'Secure Resources by Planner' in Action Check

Summary:

 I want to use the action 'Secure resources by planner' on the shipment in Action check in order to check on few of the statuses

But when i search the same on Audit Action, i am not able to do the secure resources by planner action .

Content (required): Business wants to check on few status before doing the action of secure resources by planner .

But this action is not available in the Audit actions , is there any possible way to achieve this .
