Do you reassign pending approvals each evening?

Hello,

When there is a leaver, this process appears to re-assign workflows with a leaver to the next level manager in the hierarchy to prevent orphaned transactions, do you run this one your instance each evening?

Apparently, Refresh Manager Hierarchy also does the same task, do you do this too? Keen to know how other teams use these processes to keep workflows up to date?
