Action and reason code in termination page becomes empty on editing

When we change the LWD for few employees from future to past and submit the same, the action and reason code becomes empty.

The LWD gets updated, but the "Resignation" action in "Employment Info" is still shown as future action even though the LWD is past dated.

In termination page when we edit the last entry, we cannot edit it because the action and reason code has become empty.

Thus we had to reverse terminate and re-pass the termination entry to solve this issue.

But we are not able to replicate the issue. We would like to know if there is any such issue anyone has faced.
