Payroll Flow - Payroll LOV not populated

Hi

We are having an issue with the LOV for payroll when trying to submit a flow.

We created a custom role (attached the linked privileges) with data security profile to access a specific payroll and payroll flow. Payroll flow is no issue but the LOV for the payroll doesn't show any results. Does anyone have any idea what could cause this?

I already ran the different processes (Data security grants, import user...), doesn't make a difference.

We first set up the same role on another environment and there it's working. The roles are identical and the person it's assigned to as well so I'm puzzled why it's working on one but not on the other. Any thoughts are very welcome!
